Fujikyu Railway has published a post-concert rail schedule for the Inori Minase open-air shows at Fuji-Q Highland Conifer Forest. International visitors should plan the walk to the station and their JR transfer before entering the venue, especially if returning to Tokyo the same night.

Short answerOn Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13, 2026, trains toward Otsuki leave Fuji-Q Highland Station at 7:42, 8:12, 8:24, 8:43, 8:59, 9:24, and 10:13 PM. The 9:24 PM departure is the final listed connection for JR Shinjuku and Tokyo, while 10:13 PM is the final listed connection for JR Kofu.

Key Facts For Travelers

Affected areaFuji-Q Highland Station, Otsuki, and onward JR connections.
Special datesSaturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13, 2026.
Latest Otsuki departure10:13 PM from Fuji-Q Highland Station.
Tokyo cutoffUse the 9:24 PM departure for the final listed JR Shinjuku/Tokyo connection.

Read the Stopping Pattern Before Boarding

Most listed departures are ordinary trains to Otsuki. The 8:24 PM and 8:59 PM services are special limited-stop trains that call only at Mt. Fuji Station and Otsuki after Fuji-Q Highland Station.

That faster-looking option can be wrong for a hotel near an intermediate station. Check the platform display and ask staff if your accommodation is not near Mt. Fuji Station or Otsuki.

Avoid a Same-Night Connection Surprise

The final Fujikyu departure is not the same as the final through connection to every JR destination. The official chart specifically identifies 9:24 PM as the last listed train connecting toward Shinjuku and Tokyo, and 10:13 PM as the last listed train connecting toward Kofu.

Fujikyu Railway also expects parking congestion at the venue. Visitors with a fixed performance start should favor rail, and visitors driving should leave a large buffer in case the lot is full.

Traveler Actions

  • Choose your return train before the show and take a screenshot of the official operator page for offline reference.
  • Aim for the 9:24 PM departure or earlier if returning toward Shinjuku or Tokyo that night.
  • Confirm that the 8:24 PM or 8:59 PM limited-stop train serves your destination before boarding.
  • Pre-charge Suica or another compatible IC card; Fujikyu Railway says IC cards work at all stations.
  • Keep an overnight backup around Fujiyoshida or Kawaguchiko if a same-night Tokyo return becomes too tight.
