Fuji-Q Concert Parking September 12-13: JPY 2,000 Cash Prepayment

Fuji-Q Highland has issued a special parking notice for the Inori Minase Open Air Live 2026 Summer Challenger concert weekend. On Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13, ordinary cars will pay JPY 2,000 per entry in advance using cash, and the parking gates will open at 6:00 AM.

Short answerBring cash before joining the parking queue: ordinary cars are JPY 2,000 and large vehicles JPY 3,000 per entry. The normal free exit within 90 minutes does not apply on September 12-13, and a concert or park ticket does not guarantee a parking space.

No 90-Minute Free Period

Fuji-Q’s general parking rules normally allow free exit within 90 minutes, but the operator explicitly removes that allowance on September 12 and 13. A quick drop-in through the ordinary parking gate can therefore trigger the full special-event charge.

The special notice also changes the usual payment flow. Cash is collected in advance, so do not rely on the credit card, IC card, QR, or smartphone payment options that are listed for normal post-payment days.

Full Lots And Temporary Parking

If the park’s main lots fill, staff may direct cars to temporary parking. If every designated lot is full, entry can be refused even to travelers holding Fuji-Q Highland or concert tickets. Public transport is the safer capacity plan.

Do not use nearby business lots, private land, or roadside space. After the concert ends, the operator says cars can no longer enter the first parking lot, so late pickups need the designated drop-off and pickup area instead.

Drop-Off And Rail Alternatives

Drivers dropping off or collecting passengers should use the designated lane near the Eejanaika parking area and railway crossing, not stop on surrounding roads. Expect event traffic well before showtime because the gate opens from 6:00 AM.

Fujikyu Railway has separately announced extra trains for the concert dates. Check the operator’s final timetable and your onward connection at Otsuki before choosing rail instead of driving.

Traveler Actions

  • Carry enough cash for the JPY 2,000 ordinary-car or JPY 3,000 large-vehicle fee.
  • Do not expect the normal 90-minute free period on September 12 or 13.
  • Use public transport if possible because tickets do not guarantee parking availability.
  • Follow staff to an official temporary lot if the main areas are full.
  • Use the designated pickup lane and never wait on surrounding roads or private property.
