Fuji-Q Highland has increased the limited sales allocation of its Bunshinkun virtual-queue one-day pass for Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, 2026. Guests who bought a regular one-day pass after Bunshinkun sold out may follow the park’s new switch procedure, but must first secure the Bunshinkun pass for the same visit date.
Key Facts For Travelers
Buy The Replacement Pass Before Requesting The Switch
Fuji-Q’s October 7 notice does not reserve the newly added inventory for guests who already hold a regular one-day pass. First buy Bunshinkun for the visit date you need. Only after that purchase should you send both receipt numbers to the contact address printed in the official notice.
Do not cancel or abandon your existing pass on your own before the park confirms the switch. Fuji-Q says it will check the two receipt numbers and process cancellation of the original regular one-day pass. Watch for the automatic cancellation email and keep both purchase records until the refund is visible.
The Extra Allocation Is Not A Stock Guarantee
The announcement confirms that the sales allocation was expanded for October 10 and 11, but gives no number of additional passes and warns that sales remain capped. Availability can therefore change between checking the notice and completing payment.
Bunshinkun is advance-purchase only. The product page says it must be bought by the day before the visit and is not sold on the day at the park. Travelers should treat the October 9 cutoff for an October 10 visit, and the October 10 cutoff for an October 11 visit, as the latest possible dates rather than a promise that stock will remain until then.
What Bunshinkun Changes During Your Visit
Bunshinkun adds a virtual-queue function to a one-day pass. Through Fuji-Q’s official Q-chan app, the holder selects one eligible attraction and the waiting-time countdown continues in the app while the guest spends time elsewhere in the park. Only one attraction can be held in the virtual queue at a time.
It does not remove every wait or guarantee every ride. The official product page says guests may still wait for up to about 20 minutes after arriving, eligible attractions can be suspended because of weather or maintenance, and non-participating attractions still use their normal queues. A connected smartphone and the Q-chan app are required.
Check The Date And Receipt Numbers Before Emailing
The switch instruction is specifically for travelers who bought a regular one-day pass because Bunshinkun had sold out and now want the expanded Bunshinkun option. Match the Bunshinkun date to your intended visit, then copy both receipt numbers exactly as they appear in the two purchase records.
Fuji-Q says refund settlement depends on the original payment method and may cross into a later billing month. The announcement does not promise an instant refund, a fixed processing time or availability after you email, so secure the replacement pass first and wait for the park’s cancellation confirmation.
