Fujikyu Bus will revise the Haneda Airport and Shinagawa highway-bus timetable to Fuji-Q Highland, Kawaguchiko Station, and Mt. Fuji Station from Thursday, October 1, 2026. Some departure times will change, so travelers should not rely on a saved September timetable.
Key Facts For Travelers
Check The Correct Date-Specific Timetable
The official route page separates the schedule valid through September 30 from the revised schedule beginning October 1. A screenshot, printed itinerary, or third-party search result prepared earlier may therefore show the wrong departure time for an October trip.
The operator describes the revision as a time change on some services, rather than a route cancellation. Confirm the exact boarding terminal, departure time, and destination shown in the current booking record.
Reservation And Ticket Deadlines Matter
The route is advance-reservation based, although a traveler may board without a reservation when seats remain on the day. Reservations normally open on the same date of the preceding month.
Tickets reserved through the Fujikyu call center or Hassha Orai must be purchased by 5:00 PM on the day before departure at the designated counter or convenience store. The operator says an unpaid reservation is cancelled after that deadline.
Allow Extra Time Around A Flight
The operator gives an approximate journey time of two hours 50 minutes from Haneda Airport to Kawaguchiko Station and about two hours from Shinagawa, but highway traffic can cause delays. Build a buffer around flights and timed onward connections.
Large suitcases can use the underfloor hold, generally limited to about one suitcase per traveler. Keep valuables and mobile batteries with you, and do not place a mobile battery in the luggage hold.
Traveler Actions
- Open the official timetable marked October 1 onward before choosing a bus.
- Match the airport terminal or Shinagawa boarding point exactly to the reservation.
- Complete any required ticket purchase by 5:00 PM on the day before departure.
- Keep valuables and mobile batteries in your hand luggage.
- Leave a generous traffic buffer before a flight or reserved onward train.
