A Workshop Needs a Confirmed Booking
Kawaguchiko Herb Hall is asking visitors to reserve its craft experiences in advance. Its September 1 notice reports fewer participants, a reduced selection of projects taking roughly 30–40 minutes, and shorter workshop reception windows. Same-day reception may be unavailable.
This is a practical September planning guide rather than a new emergency closure. The shop remains listed as open, but shopping hours do not guarantee that a workshop can accept you.

Send your preferred date, party size and desired activity, then wait for a booking confirmation before shaping the day around the class. Ask which projects are available; the general facility page mentions flower wreaths and herbarium activities, but the reduced menu must be checked directly.
Call during 09:00–17:00, the window listed on the general notices page. The facility page gives a later telephone cut-off, so the earlier window is the safer choice. Group bookings and off-site teaching can also affect availability.
The cafe now operates from a food trailer, and the former perfume-annex products have moved to the main building’s first-floor shop. For drivers, the facility directs visitors to the free prefectural parking area at Oike Park. Allow time to find a space.
